1. Overview

Car Auto Xpert facilitates service bookings and SOS support through a network of independent garages and partners. As a service facilitator, our refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent while also protecting the integrity of our operations and partners.

2. General Refund Policy

  • No Refunds After Service Redemption
    • Once a service has been redeemed (fully or partially), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • No Refunds for Cash Transactions:
    • Payments made in cash directly to the garage are not eligible for refund through Car Auto Xpert.
  • No Refunds for Missed Appointments:
    • If a user fails to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice, no refund shall be provided.

3. Online Payment Refund Conditions (Razorpay)

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances prior to service redemption:

  • Duplicate transaction charged.
  • Booking made in error (and reported within 1 hour).
  • Service unavailable at the selected garage.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment source via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellation by Car Auto Xpert or Garage

  • If a garage cancels a confirmed booking due to unavailability or operational issues, users may:
    • Reassign their booking to another partner garage
    • Or request a full refund (if paid online and service not redeemed)

Car Auto Xpert will coordinate the refund if applicable.

5. Garage-Specific Refund Handling

  • Some garages may have independent refund or reservice policies.
  • Users must contact the garage directly in case of dissatisfaction or compensation claims.
  • Car Auto Xpert is not responsible for service quality once redeemed.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 3 working days of approval.
  • Bank processing may take 7–10 business days to reflect in the user’s account.

7. No Refund Scenarios

  • Service redeemed partially or fully
  • Dispute over service quality post-redeem
  • User changes mind after booking confirmation
  • Issues due to incorrect user input (car number, service package, etc.)
  • Multiple bookings created intentionally
  • Service redeemed using a promotional code or coupon

8. Dispute and Escalation

  • Any refund request should be submitted via email at support@carautoxpert.com with complete details including booking ID, date, and concern.
  • Disputes will be investigated by our support team and escalated if needed.
  • Our decision on refunds is final and binding.
